The multi-cord on the desk next to the television is not updated for current devices and could not even charge our mobile phones.The only accessible outlet we could find was one used for the wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom, which would have forced us to sit on the floor or toilet while working.We were also disappointed by the **extremely** firm mattresses. They felt like traditional stone mattresses, which meant waking up through the night in pain.

Out of the staff members, the gentlemen Park Il was extremely good and helpful. He has helped dad and I with our tour planning. He assisted us with all the questions we had. His English skills are perfect and he specifically made our stay just great by being always polite, understanding and taking his time for us.
Rooms look a bit oldish style but extremely comfortable so I wanna stay good still.
My at Karak Hotel was nice. I liked it very much. The location is cool.
